Our clients, who choose to stay in the bohemian district of Ubud, which is about 45 minutes drive from Kuta area, usually are looking for a really outstanding Villa set in a truly wonderful and magical location. Villa Kirana is one such Villa. This property has 4 bedrooms villa all with en-suite bathroom and air conditioner.

As you approach the Four Seasons hotel, Ubud a small side road leads through the village of sayan and then a discreet driveway takes you the large courtyard which marks the beginning of your experience of this truly remarkable property, set in a 48 is private estate.

 

From the courtyard you enter Villa Kirana, past lovely free flow lotus ponds stocked with colorful fish, through a superb and dramatic traditional Balinese double door entrance which leads you straight into an outer lobby area from where you can go to the kitchen and upstairs games area.

Moving further through the lobby be prepared for a jaw dropping experience.
You will think you sitting on the edge of Paradise as you take in the stunning view of the Ayung River Valley every time you spend time in the large, inviting and spacious central open sided lounge area.

The Villa has been very cleverly designed to as to create an impression of it being multi-leveled, when in fact the main Villa building is actually on two main levels.
An exceptionally beautiful wooden staircase leads to the upper level accommodation and actually splits to lead to both bedrooms.

The master bedroom will impress beyond belief. Imagine waking up each morning to a view that Pandit Neru once called “The morning of the world”. A very large set of panoramic doors and window open up to give you an unrestricted view of the Ayung River valley and beyond the mountains ranges miles away on the horizon. Nothing gets in the way of one of the most beautiful sites you could ever see from any window from any Villa in Ubud.

The surprises dont stop there either. From the master bedroom you can walk straight out onto a very generous wooden terrace with large and inviting day bed – It really will be hard to tear yourself away from the master bedroom terrace. Were sure that this is where youll want to take your breakfast every morning as you soak up the beauty of Ubud.

 

The second bedroom on this level is also a delightful environment to relax and enjoy.
A large balcony window provides unfettered views of the immaculately kept garden and grounds to the left hand side of the Villa.There are two further double en suite bedrooms, one above the peaceful study and the other very cleverly blended into the upper stair lobby area

The swimming pool is in traditional Balinese infinity style and has a wonderful sunbathing area all around it. Again the views from the pool over the valley as you swim are simply stunning. There are five staff in the Villa to serve you food, drink or anything else you need, including any entertaining you might want to do – Villa Kirana is a Villa experience you might want to share with family and friends.
